Yes, you are permitted to build residential houses within the area designated as residential. Provision of shops withir
residential houses/area and building of tenement house type (popularly known as face me, I face you) are not permitter

Purchaser who buy outright and installment get allocation after full payment

A. A user-buver: is a person who wishes to build and ive on their portion of and within the Estate.

B. An investment buyer: is a purchaser who do not wish to build on their land but has purchased same for investment
purposes

A. As a user buyer; Infrastructure Fee - N500,000 (500SQM)/N300,000 (250SQM)
Legal & Signed Survey Fee - N350,000 (500SQM) / N200,000 (250SQM,
Service charge (A re-occuring fee, which would be shared amongst residents for the maintenance
of the estate.

B. As an investment buyer: Service charge (A re-occuring fee, which would be shared amongst residents for the
maintenance of the estate

Infrastructure fee is to be paid before property handover.
Survey & legal fee is to be paid before property handover.
Service charge is to be paid after property handover.

User-buyer(s) are encourage to take possession and mobilize to their plot(s) within 6 months of physical allocation in order
to control weeds; also in case where the land is left unkept, the operator have autonomous power to revoke the land and
every document attached to it and re-allocate the same plot to another customer while the existing owner is re-allocated
elsewhere within the estate.

The basic amenities will not be provided e.g water, light, etc

A. As a user buyer: A deed of assignment and a signed survey plan showing the dimension of your plot (s).

B. As an investment buyer: Provisional allocation letter

The client(s) should give room for renegotiation with the company.

Every subscriber is expected to pay on a monthly basis after the initial deposit according to the chosen payment plan;
default in payment for 3(Three) consecutive months will lead to outright revocation.
