As the management company, we ensure a smooth and seamless process for both our clients and apartment owners. For each booking, we retain a 30% management fee, while the remaining 70% goes directly to you, the apartment owner(YOU).
Our 30% fee is carefully allocated to cover essential services, including:
1. Agent Fees: Compensation for the agent responsible for bringing clients to your apartment.
2. Staff Salary: Payment for the officer assigned to maintain and oversee the apartment’s daily operations.
3. Essentials & Groceries: Provision of basic supplies such as soap, detergent, and other necessary items to keep the apartment fully equipped and welcoming.
4. Administrative Costs: This covers our operational expenses, ensuring that our services remain professional, responsive, and reliable.
This arrangement allows you, as the apartment owner, to enjoy consistent returns without the hassle of daily management, while we take care of everything needed to keep your apartment running smoothly
