Please review the house rules below before completing this form and note that confirmation of your reservation is subject to receipt of full payment.

CAUTION:

• Refundable Caution :

The refundable caution fee (N100,000) will be refunded no later than 48 hours after the check-out time, once all inventory of the apartment has been taken, with no damage or missing items.

HOUSE RULES:

• Parties:

You’re welcome to host a small gathering of up to 20 people, however, for every additional 10 people, beyond the initial 20, an extra N100,000 naira shall be payable on same. Please note that external music devices are not permitted.

For the Studio Apartment, located at GRA, Ogudu, Party is not allowed. 

• Decorations:

Decorating the property (including hanging, sticking or pasting things on the walls or ceiling) is not allowed and will result in part of the caution fee forfeiture.

• Repositioning Furniture:

In order to avoid damage, movement/repositioning of furniture is not allowed.

• Smoking:

Please note that smoking is highly prohibited inside the apartment, but should you choose to do so, kindly use the balcony or the green area outside the apartment.

• Video Shoots:

Commercial video shoots are not allowed without prior approval from the management.

• Routine Checks:

There would be a periodic routine check in the apartment by the Shortlet Officer whenever a party is ongoing at the apartment. These checks are essential for safety and security purposes, and to ensure the apartment is maintained in a good, tenantable condition.

• Check In/Out:

Check-in time is 2pm while the Check-out time is 12 pm. It is important that guests respect this rule in order not to delay the scheduled check-in of the next guest which may result in cancellation and loss of earnings. Management will allow a 30-minute grace period to check-out, after which caution fee will be forfeited if guest does not vacate the property by 12:30pm at the latest.

CLEANING:

Cleaning and change of beddings is done every three days. Requests for cleaning outside the regular 3 days cleaning attracts a fee of N5,000

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund will be made for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.

50% refund will be made for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in date.

No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in date.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

• Please be informed that the rates for December differ from the current rates. Kindly confirm the updated rates with your agent.
• An additional charge of ₦25,000 for extra electricity consumption will be applied to the standard booking fee per night when using our apartment for shoots, movie productions, or get-togethers.
• The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is 6. If you exceed the maximum number of occupants (6), a deduction will be made from the caution fee paid.
• You are allowed a maximum grace period of 30 minutes after the official check-out time (12:00 PM), making it 12:30 PM. Any late check-out beyond this time will attract a ₦10,000 deduction per hour
